Evidence based psychological therapies are available for a range of specific issues, including (but not limited to):
- Anxiety Disorders, particularly Social Anxiety
- Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
- Complex Trauma, including Adult Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse and Dissociative Disorders
- Grief and Loss
- Repeated disruptions in interpersonal relationships
- Difficulty adjusting to significant life changes
- Drug and Alcohol dependency and other addictions
My approach to psychological therapy for these difficulties draws on a foundation of Gestalt Therapy, to which I add aspects from the following psychological treatments:

Any one psychological therapy method alone will not suit everyone.
